Return Process

  Log into your Ciceroni account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original designer tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return process.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address within 48 to 72 business hours.

  Refund or Exchange

  After our quality team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchanged item will be dispatched.
